In 2024-Q4, more exactly 15th of October, we opened the doors to our first coliving hub in Lund, called COLIVE Altum. The coliving apartments are located in the newly built area Brunnshög,  just a few minutes away from Lunds city center.

This is Lund's first large-scale coliving-hub and accommodates a total of 81 tenants spread over 10 apartments. The property is newly built and thus fully adapted to COLIVE's concept.

This means, for example, that all the people living in the hub have access to their own furnished private room with their own WC and shower, as well as fully furnished and equipped shared areas such as living room and kitchen. At the entrance to the property, there is also a space called the Hangout - a spot for all the colivers in the house to take part in activities together such as gaming and movie nights.

All shared apartments have access to a large common balcony or common patio in the best south-facing position.

About the area Brunnshög in Lund 

Brunnshög is a new attractive district in Lund with a great focus on sustainability and young adults. The area has its own tram stop which is located directly outside what will become COLIVE's hub. The tram passes through the entire 'knowledge-corridor' which is the known spot where trainee opportunities and workplaces are located and also takes you to the city-center in only about 10 minutes. Here you are close to everything!
