If you happen to lock the door to your private room and you have left both your phone and key tag inside of the room, there are two different ways to solve it:

  1. If you have not chosen two-factor authentication for Salto, you can borrow a friend’s phone and log in to your own Salto account and unlock the door.
  2. If you have chosen two-factor authentication and thus cannot access your account, you need to contact your Service Host via the app who can help you unlock the door remotely. Your Service Host will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Important! If you need help from your Service Host with unlocking the door after office hours, an on-call fee of 500 SEK will be charged.
