In the event of emergency or life-threatening situations, always call 112.

What is an urgent matter?

If the fault may pose a risk to personal injury or damage to the property, it is considered urgent. It could for example be:

  • Rising stoppage in the drain
  • Apartment is completely without power or damage to power lines and there is a risk of personal injury
  • Water leakage
  • Other water or fire related situations
  • Fire alarm that don’t stop. OBS IMPORTANT to do a troubleshooting of the fire alarm on your own before calling the emergency number after office hours. Is it a fault that you could have managed to resolve yourself, you will be charged for the work performed by the urgency contact.

Who do I contact in case of an urgent matter?

During office hours

If an urgent matter occurrs in your hub or shared apartment during office hours, you can write to your Host directly. Note that this only applies to urgent matters! Non urgent matters should be reported in error reporting as usual. 

After office hours

If an urgent matter occurs in your hub or shared apartment after office hours, for example on evenings or weekends, you can reach out to the emergency contact for your hub. See heading below for contact information.

The emergency service usually makes a temporary repair, which is then followed up and completed by COLIVE during office hours.

OBS! Please note that you may be responsible for the call-out costs if the emergency service goes out for a job that is not urgent or if it is something that you could have managed to resolve yourself, for example if the water is running slowly in the drain or if a fuse switch/earth fault breaker has tripped.

Our office hours are: 

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Error reports are usually handled on weekdays between 08:00–16:00. If an error report is received during the evening, the weekend or public holidays, it will be handled during the following weekday.

The day before a Public Holiday and the day before Midsummer’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, we are open until 15:00.
