What is included in my room?

We offer semi-furnished bedrooms that include a bed frame with drawer storage, box bottom, bed mattress (the cost of this is deducted from your deposit if you move out within 24 months), wardrobe and ceiling lamp. Most beds are 120cm wide.

Are pets allowed?

As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at our coliving hubs.

Are cutlery, plates, pots, etc. included in the kitchen?

Yes. The kitchen in each coliving apartment is fully equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, other kitchen utensils, and kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

Credit check

After signing the contract, we always do a credit check. You cannot have unpaid debts at the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden). A maximum of 3 payment remarks are accepted and the total debt may reach a maximum of 5000 SEK. The payment remarks...
