COLIVE Caseus is Gothenburg's first and largest newly built coliving hub, located in in Kallebäcks Terrasser. The hub includes two properties that house 121 private rooms spread over 12 shared apartments with large balconies.
Our housing concept is aimed at young adults who want to live in a social context. Most often, it is studies or work that attract our tenants to Gothenburg. The proportion of students in our hubs differs depending on where our hubs are located, but on average about 35% of the tenants are students and the rest work. This mix provides the opportunity for a varied network, which in turn allows for great exchanges of various kinds.
At COLIVE you have your own private room with your own bathroom, whilst you share common areas such as kitchen and living room with your roomies. All common areas are fully furnished, and your own room is semi-furnished. You can simply roll in with your bag, buy a starter-kit and start living with your new roomies, easy as that!Â
In addition to the shared apartments, everyone at the hub also have full access to common areas on the entrance floor, which becomes a meeting place for all colivers in the building with co-working spaces, lounge areas and a common patio - "COLIVE Hangout" and an adjacent "Laundry lounge".
