"Perfect place to live if you want more than just an apartment. Not only is the house brand new and the service great, you also get to meet lots of new people and become part of a strong community."
"I love the concept of coliving. There are always people around to hang out with. Whether it be for a party, a movie night or just to go grocery shopping - you'll always find someone to join you. On the other hand, you can always find your privacy in you own room. At Aquila people are from various countries and backgrounds, working and studying in all kinds of fields. I think this is excellent for both, networking and personal development."
Internet and Wi-Fi?
Buildings at COLIVE have a tailored and secure network designed for users with high demands on coverage and performance. The Wi-Fi covers all living areas, including the Hangout.
Meet your Host & check ID when you arrive
When you move in, your Host want to meet you to connect but also check your ID. We always check ID when you move in to make sure everything is in order and for everyone’s safety. But mostly it is nice to connect.
For non-Swedish citizens
If you don’t have or intend to get a Swedish social security number (personnummer), we recommend you to get a coordination number. A coordination number is a temporary identity number for persons who are not registered in the country but who have contact with the country’s authorities. Please note: you can only obtain this after you have moved to Sweden, so you can send it to us once you have it, you do not need it to sign a contract with us.Â
Why do I need this at COLIVE?
You need a coordination number in order to have the benefit of a home insurance through Gofido. The insurance is automatically set up with Gofido when you sign a contract with COLIVE and is important if something would happen in your home. If you don’t have an insurance and something would happen you will be personally liable to pay for the damage.
How to do it:
You must visit a tax service-office in Sweden, bring your ID and rental agreement to them and ask for a coordination number. Inform them that you need to have this number because of your Swedish rental agreement and home insurance.
What do I need to bring when moving in?
You need to bring things like duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, and curtains. The basics like bed and waredrobe is already in the room.Â
If you can't or don't want to bring duvet, bed linen, and towels, we can provide this for you. We call it the "Extra package" and it contains a duvet, a pillow, bed linen, and towels, which we purchase from IKEA and place in your private room before your move-in. The price is 950 SEK.
Please drop us a message asking for an "Extra package" and we'll sort it out!
Code of conduct
We have a code of conduct to create a base on which we all agree on. For us at COLIVE, this is very much common sense, but we feel that it is important to express it explicitly and be clear. We want our coliving spaces to be a place for openness and tolerance, a place free from discrimination. We welcome everyone regardless of gender, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability, and sexual orientation. We value diversity and strives to make everyone feel welcome. Everyone who lives and works in COLIVE’s coliving apartments should be treated with respect, consideration and kindness.
