Is COLIVE something for me?
Are you a young adult who wants to live socially yet have your own private space? Do you consider everyone to be of equal value and respect and like other people? Then COLIVE is for you! Most of our community consists of young professionals between the age of 20-40 years old, and come from all around the globe. Welcome to an international community in Sweden!
Are there extra storage space?
Yes there are. How much extra storage space varies from hub to hub, but there are extra space in the shared apartment and sometimes also in basements or court yard. If you have a lot of things to store and want to make sure of this, please drop us an email about which hub you are interested in and we will help you!
Private or shared bathroom?
COLIVE Caseus in Gothenburg, Altum in Lund and Volatus in Stockholm have private bathrooms.
In our other Stockholm hubs, Lab and U25, you share bathroom with 2-3 people.
Keys at COLIVE
We have digital lock systems at all our hubs (with exception from U25).
This means that you have your key in your phone and you will receive the activation link on the day that you move in. This means that you can enter the hub smoothly and whenever you want. This key works for the whole hub, apartment and your room. Only you have access to your room.
If you want to, you can also get a physical key tag , just reach out to your Host and they will help you.
Are pets allowed?
As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at our coliving hubs.
Can I stay at COLIVE with my children?
As children are not included in the category young adults, we unfortunately cannot offer accommodation to anyone who has children.
Is smoking allowed?
We want to offer a healthy and non-smoking living environment for our tenants. That is why smoking is strictly forbidden in all COLIVE hubs. In addition to the private rooms, the coliving apartments and the common areas, this also includes balconies, patios, garages, and entrances.
Are the rooms adapted for wheel-chairs?
Yes! There are several rooms that are extra large for you who have the need for it. Please apply as usual and drop us an email at hej@colive.se to let us know and we will take it from there!
What is included in my private room?
The rooms are semi-furnished, which means that there is a bed frame with drawer storage, the box matress, wardrobe and ceiling lamp. Most beds are 120cm wide.
Are there rooms for couples?
At COLIVE, we only have single rooms. However, there are plenty of shared areas where you can socialize with friends.
Are there laundry machines?
Yes! All our hubs have a Laundry lounge with a digital booking system, washing machines and dryers. This is of course included in the price you pay.
