Buildings at COLIVE have a tailored and secure network designed for users with high demands on coverage and performance. The Wi-Fi covers all living areas, including the Hangout.
What do I need to bring when moving in?
You need to bring things like duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, and curtains. The basics like bed, mattress and waredrobe is already in the room.Â
If you can't or don't want to bring curtains, duvet, bed linen, and towels, we can provide this for you. We call it the "Extra package" and it contains curtains, a duvet, a pillow, bed linen, and towels, which we purchase from IKEA and place in your private room before your move-in. The price is 1100 SEK.
To order an extra package, we ask you to go into our app --> Assistant --> Extra package --> Create a ticket, and we'll get back to you there. You'll get access to the app no ​​earlier than 35 days before your move-in date.Â
NOTE - the deadline for ordering an extra package at the latest is 2 weeks before your move-in date.
Where can I find your coliving hubs?
Currently, we have coliving hubs in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund. In Stockholm, the hubs are COLIVE Volatus, U25, and Lab. In Gothenburg, we have COLIVE Caseus and in Lund, COLIVE Altum.Â

How long can I stay at COLIVE?
For as long as you want, but the shortest period is 2 months. This is since we want to promote semi-long to long stays in order to preserve a stability in your home and in the community.
On October 15, 2024, we opened the doors to our first coliving hub in Lund, called COLIVE Altum. The coliving apartments are located in the newly built area Brunnshög, just a few minutes away from Lunds city center.
This is Lund's first large-scale coliving-hub and accommodates a total of 81 tenants spread over 10 apartments. The property is newly built and thus fully adapted to COLIVE's concept.
This means, for example, that all the people living in the hub have access to their own furnished private room with their own WC and shower, as well as fully furnished and equipped shared areas such as living room and kitchen. At the entrance to the property, there is also a space called the Hangout - a spot for all the colivers in the house to take part in activities together such as gaming and movie nights.
All shared apartments have access to a large common balcony or common patio in the best south-facing position.
